Your mission
We are currently looking for a Conditioning Process Engineer for our industrialization team, who wants to
work at the forefront of the energy revolution and be part of the evolving hydrogen economy.
Your tasks
• Act as a process engineer related to the development, manufacturing and commissioning of the Solid Oxide Fuel Cell stack conditioning (end-of-line) equipment.
• Define the process component requirements for the conditioning equipment.
• Play a key role in development and procurement of equipment, which includes sourcing and evaluation.
• Take a lead role in developing conditioning process equipment to meet capacity expansion goals.
• Attend industry exhibitions, represent the company and travel as needed to meet business objectives.
Your profile
• Education in engineering specializing in automation, chemical, process, or related fields.
• Willingness and ability to travel, including attending exhibitions and other work-related events.
• Proactive problem-solving attitude for continuous improvement, scaling production and processes.
• Proficient in speaking and writing English; knowledge of Finnish or Estonian is a plus.
• Understanding combustible gases, high temperatures, electricity, and the overall process.
• Experience in equipment design, operation, purchase, and process management.
• Prior role as a process engineer from a similar industry.
• Experience in defining and manufacturing highly complex industrial machinery.
