Product Owner - ERP & BI

Your mission

As the ERP and BI Product Owner, you will lead the implementation, management, and continuous improvement of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. You will play a key role in driving the digital transformation of Elcogen, ensuring that our ERP system, data management practices, and business intelligence (BI) capabilities align with our strategic objectives. Your leadership will enable data-driven decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and support the company’s long-term growth.

Your tasks

ERP Product Ownership:

Define and communicate the vision and roadmap for the ERP system, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational needs.
Prioritize and manage the product backlog, working closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality ERP solutions.
Ensure the ERP system effectively supports business processes, optimizes performance, and delivers measurable value.
Engage with stakeholders to manage expectations, address challenges, and ensure the system meets the evolving needs of the business.

Business Intelligence (BI) Leadership:

Develop and implement BI initiatives that support business objectives and foster a data-driven decision-making culture.
Select and implement appropriate BI tools and technologies to improve reporting, analytics, and data accessibility across the organization.
Lead the design and development of user-friendly, actionable reports and dashboards that provide insights to decision-makers at all levels.
Promote the adoption of BI tools, ensuring teams are equipped to use data effectively in their daily work.

Your profile

Experience in product ownership, preferably ERP, data management, and business intelligence within an industrial or similar environment.
Understanding of data governance, integration, and BI best practices.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage at all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math or CS discipline (required)
